Nail

Nail is a little item made of metal (or wood, called a treenail or "trunnel") which is utilized as a latch, as a peg to hang something, or once in a while as an embellishment. For the most part, nails have a sharp point toward one side and a smoothed head on the other, yet headless nails are accessible.
